Privacy policy
CHISA processes business contact information solely to operate trade accounts, respond to quotation requests, and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal data.
GDPR (EU/UK). Where processing is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact our data team to exercise these rights.
CCPA (California). California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. CHISA does not sell personal information.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate your account and meet legal obligations.
Terms & conditions
Access to CHISA trade services is limited to verified business customers aged 18 or over. Prices, minimums, and availability are provided for wholesale purposes and are subject to your supply agreement.
All product documentation is provided for compliance reference. The importer of record remains responsible for local registration, labeling, and customs clearance in the destination market.
