Terms & conditions
These terms govern access to CHISA wholesale trade services, including quotations, orders, documentation, and account use by verified business customers.
Last updated: January 2025
1. Eligibility & account access
CHISA supplies age-restricted products exclusively to verified business customers. Access to trade pricing, quotations, and ordering is limited to registered companies whose representatives are 18 years of age or older.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information provided during onboarding and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended where verification cannot be completed or where information is found to be inaccurate.
2. Quotations & pricing
Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times are provided for wholesale purposes and are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or supply agreement. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
Tiered pricing reflects the aggregate quantity ordered and may be revised where order composition changes. Currency, duties, and freight terms are stated per quotation and follow the agreed Incoterms.
3. Orders & fulfillment
An order is accepted once CHISA issues an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where product is unavailable, where compliance requirements are unmet, or where the destination market is restricted.
Risk and title pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Compliance & documentation
All product documentation—including CE, REACH, RoHS, UKCA, FCC, and Prop 65 references—is provided for compliance reference. The importer of record remains responsible for local registration, labeling, customs clearance, and any market-specific approvals in the destination market.
Availability varies by region. Certain markets are restricted or unavailable; see the Compliance center for current regional status.
5. Private label & intellectual property
For private label programs, you warrant that any brand names, artwork, and packaging you supply do not infringe third-party rights, and you grant CHISA a limited license to use those materials solely to fulfill your program.
CHISA product designs, catalog content, and documentation remain the property of CHISA and may not be reproduced except as needed to resell the supplied products.
6. Warranties & liability
Products are covered by the warranty terms stated in your supply agreement. To the extent permitted by law, CHISA’s liability is limited to the value of the products giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. General
These terms are a summary provided for reference. Full contractual terms, governing law, and dispute resolution are set out in the supply agreement provided during onboarding, which prevails in the event of any conflict.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
