Sourcing Guide

A practical overview of how professional buyers evaluate, sample, and place wholesale orders with CHISA.

Begin by defining your assortment strategy: the categories, price positioning, and target markets you intend to serve. Our catalog is organized by brand and series so you can align selections with your retail or distribution channel.

Request samples through your account manager before committing to volume. Sample orders let you validate materials, packaging, and finish against your market expectations. Production orders then follow the tiered pricing published for your business type.

Private Label Process

From concept to delivery, our private label program is structured into four clearly defined stages.

Design and specification: we translate your brand direction into technical drawings, material selections, and packaging concepts. Sampling: physical prototypes are produced for approval and refinement.

Mass production: once samples are signed off, tooling is finalized and volume production begins under documented quality control. Delivery: goods are inspected, packed to your specification, and shipped with the compliance documentation your markets require.

Regional Compliance

Age-restricted products carry market-specific requirements. This section summarizes the frameworks we support.

For the European Union we supply CE marking, REACH substance disclosures, and RoHS documentation. For the United Kingdom, UKCA marking is available. North American markets are supported with FCC documentation and California Prop 65 disclosures where applicable.

Labeling, language, and importer requirements vary by destination. Confirm the exact scope for your markets with your account manager during onboarding so that shipments clear customs without delay.

Materials Guide

Understanding materials helps you position products accurately and answer buyer questions with confidence.

Our products use body-safe materials selected for durability and finish. Common options include medical-grade silicone, ABS with protective coatings, and aluminum components. Each material is documented with care and cleaning guidance.

Material disclosures and safety data are included in the technical files available through the Resource Center. Use these documents to support your own compliance and customer-facing specifications.

Warranty Policy

Clear warranty terms protect both your business and your customers. Here is how coverage is structured.

Standard products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period from the invoice date. Warranty claims are handled through your account manager with supporting documentation.

Private label and custom programs may carry tailored warranty terms defined in your supply agreement. Consumables and accessories are covered separately as specified in the relevant product documentation.
